"Always friendly greeting when you arrive to pick up pizza. Pizza always hot and fresh. Fast and friendly service. Good rewards program. Only thing I don't like about Marcos is once the pizza gets cold it's as hard as cardboard."

"I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. But I tip well so maybe that is a contributing factor. I have been living here for about 8 months and we order pizza almost once a week, or at least bi-weekly. I have never had a bad experience. We typically do delivery, but on a rare occasion we pick up. The pizza is always hot and fresh. We eat every slice. I do not order from anywhere else. I used to be hardcore papa johns. We always have pizza and every now and then we get salad and/or wings. I have nothing negative to say about the food or customer service. A little pricey but worth it for my fam."
